I was at 125 about half a year ago. I don't work out that much but I do on occassion and I'm not dieting much either. I definitely don't look abnormally skinny and I don't have eating problems since I love food. I think I either have a pretty high metabolism or am beginning to lose some of my baby fat. Some of my friends say I weigh too little though, even though i look healthy and fit. I was planning on working out more though to look more toned since I do have a little bit of flab. Is 105 too small of a weight for me?

Yes, but I would keep it at that, otherwise if you lose weight you'll look awful

I would suggest, eating right, bad only on occasion, and start exercising. Get into a routine. I was as small as you when I was 19, 17 yrs ago, and I thought I was fat. So I starved myself to stay thin. I have gone up and down my whole life!
Your body changes when you get older, you metabolism slows down, thats why you want to exercise, eat right, make it a lifestyle, and you should be a normal weight the rest of your life. Normal calorie intake for you is probably around 1500 or so. There are lots of websites out there on nutrition. do a search...or go talk to your Dr. he will be the smartest one to tell you how to eat right and maintain your weight. I dont think it's too thin, but the fact that you think about this, you are in a position to become obsessed about your weight! Dont let that happen, just try and be healthy, and you will be happy.

yes it is, When I was in my first year in high school, I was still growing and at that time I was 5'3 weighting 105. Now I;m 23 yera old, my hight 5'5 and my weight 120 which is normal. I once straved myself to loose weight a yeara ago, I was weighting 110, and I had missed my period for 3 months, I thought I was preggers, I'm alreday irregular. but not that bad... so I went to the doctor and told me that I was under weight and thats why of the consequences. He recommended me to eat more meats and a liitle bit of fatties ans I started my period the week after.

yes thats very normal, i am the same height but i weigh more now i have been totally lazy and pigging out on cold fried chicken almost nightly.

105 is way to light. You should talk to your doctor about what weight is right for you.

thats a little underweight. 115-125 is normal

Don't worry so much. Also remember that just because you are skinny doesn't mean you are healthy. You sound normal :)

112 is fine. When girls are unsure about their weight it is the biggest turn off ever... Just to let you know

112 sounds right to me. just dont eat to many fatty foods or become anarexic or belimic yuck
