After my cardio, I try drinking plain water, but I can only drink 2 glasses, and feel real heavy then I can't drink anything else. When I drink 0 calorie flavored water, I can drink and entire liter, and hours later, I may feel like plain water.
I drink a lot more liquids when I drink flavored water? Isn't this better than just some plain water?

as long as there is not alot of sugar, additives and any caffeine, you'll be fine.

Look over the labels on the flavored water carefully. While most may not have calories, they may have sodium which helps you retain water. Listen to your body because the reason you crave (or don't crave) something depends on if your body needs it. Also, water alone is hard on your stomach - ever notice when you have the flu that water is harder to keep down that juice or 7up? The additives in flavored water may make it easier to handle.

My suggestion is to try Propel. I really like it because Vitamin C, E, B6, and B12 are added to it and there are only 30 calories per bottle. B vitamins are supposed to help increase your metabolism so I feel like I'm making more of an impact on my body when I drink that after cardio.

you want to drink a lot of plain water. You may not be able to drink it right after your workout but keep consuming it for at least a few hours after your work out. You need about 4 liters of water a day

Drinkin lots of the flavored water is definitely better than drinkin just a little of plain water. Another thing you might try is crystal light, your gettin your water your just addin a little of flavor to it and a few calories but if you don't mind the calories then it's great stuff.

We have different tastes buds and personal preferences, not always apparent. Flavored water is good for you?... then keep on drinking. Use both if you feel like drinking both.

Drink when you're thirsty. Don't make a big fuss about trying to drink so much. Too much myth and folklore (no science) around trying to drink X amount every day. And you DO NOT have to drink "4 liters every day"!!
