I assume you mean 36 kilos? I don't know how that translates to pounds. Anyway, it never hurts to go to the gym (unless you work out beyond what you're capable of) and many people enjoy yoga. Of course, the old advice is always the best--eat healthy vegetables, whole grains, fruits, beans, lean meats (unless you're a vegetarian) and exercise several times per week. I don't think it's possible to increase your height, at least not safely. Don't worry about that--just focus on being healthy, and even if you are short you will look & feel good! Oh yeah, and I recommend walking for exercise. It doesn't burn as many calories as gym work but is really easy to do & hard to get bored with. You can walk in parks, neighborhoods, cities, etc.
