before you get up out of bed put your legs in the air and pop out 20-30-500 (however you think is enough) crunches it will get the blood flowing and wake you up also and your not really working up a sweat

I had a friend who would do 50 sit-ups before she went to bed and 50 before she started her day. She would do this in bed.
She's a single mother of 4. And you know what......she had some pretty nice abs.

No need to get fancy equipment for great abs ... enjoy good old situps anytime, anywhere. Most of all, watch your intake of saturated fats!! No soft drinks - enjoy either water or unsweetened tea ... and no more fried food for christ's sake! I'm 41 and still have my little six-pack, thanks to great eating habits and regular exercise since I was a teen. Good luck ... and watch what you eat!

lie down ,raise your legs up to hips . every morning when u wake up in bed .dont bend legs. keep for 3minutes raised.try
