Artificial seafood does have protien. It's real seafood. It's just other fish that is processed to look and taste similar to the desired fish. Wall eyed Bass is sometimes used to make artificial crabmeat.

It depends. Imitation Krab/Lobster is made of pollock (fish) but it's really sweet so high in carbs. I suppose it's a source of protein, just not a really good one.
Try beans, legumes, tofu, and nuts instead. If you eat dairy products, they are a good source also.

Imitiation crab and lobster are usually made of fish (it will say on the package).
Fish is an excellent source of protein, so yep! Lots of protein.

if you mean fake crab, then its fish-pollack is used as fake crab because it tastes like nothing . so it is protein, and not carbs. if its tvp, texturized vegetable protein, like tofurky and stuff, then it is pure carbs.
