in the almanac, if the signs are in the face or jaw area on the day you are to have dental work you could be in for trouble (complications) and I am having 2 teeth pulled Wednesday Octo. 18th and I can't seem to find a almanac, therefore I am asking for your help.

My wisdom teeth are growing in crooked. I've been having pain for a few days on one side. Where would be the best kind of place to go? A couple months ago I had a chipped tooth fixed and that only cost two hundred and something.

My six year old boys front tooth came out whilst he was having breakfast and he swallowed it!
His 1st came out on Friday and this is his second and he was absolutely devastated this morning as he's quite a sensitive little boy and for the first one he wrote a little note to the tooth fairy asking if he could please keep his tooth!

So, anyway, I am obviously going to have to attempt to "retrieve" this tooth when it comes out the other end! Any ideas how long that might take?!!

Lately, I've been thinking about cavities. So far I haven't had one and my teeth are in good shape, but for some reason I want to get cavities and fillings. Will my dentist do this for me? Does anyone else feel this way?

I know it's kind of weird...:)

On the TV show "Everybody Hates Chris", a character that stole candy from all the kids on Halloween was to have died two years later from gingivitus, as said by the narrator (Chris Rock). I know its a comedy show, but is there any truth in this?

my husband's teeth are just looking terrible. i mean i dont think a dentist could save his teeth. you can see on the top teeth receding gums and the roots exposed.the bottom piled up tartar. i've told to put his hand over his mouth when he laughs. also don't smile as big. what can i do? he is just lucky he as no toothaches. i know he has that disease ofthe mouth and is dangerous. i refuse to kiss him because i have read and heard i could get it too. and of course he's not sexy to look at now. i hear this prblem can cause health issues he has now diabetes 2 which comes from his teeth and gums. he hasn't gone to a dentist since i met him. that was 1980. i notice in older pictures his teeth were straight. his teeth are crooked with gaps between his upper 4 front teeth. i'm his second wife his teeth were perfect for his first wife. no kidding this is the worse case i've seen on a person. please help me. he's a little chicken.

This is gross but many a morning I feel like something is in my throat I have to cough profusely to get it out, then when I do its a tiny little clump of firm matter and it SMELLS pretty bad. I think it could be from food trapped in my mouth. Its not phlemy.I brush everynite to prevent it but it still happens. Im embarrased anyone know what causes this or have ithappen to them?

Ok, I just started to use Crest's Cinnamon Rush Toothpaste because I love anything Cinnamon flavored, but I noticed that it seems to be burning the tip of my tongue - I lost flavor in the tip ( you know that feeling when you get when you eat something too hot). Has that happened to anyone else? I didn't think a toothpaste was supposed to do that?

About a month and a half ago I had two filling s done, one on the top and one on the bottom, The bottom one caused me quite a bit of pain i went back to the dentist and after two weeks he redid it and said he put in a protective cover on it, which pretty much did away with the pain, Now two days ago i chomped down on a tic tac mint and i noticed pain on the top tooth, since then it has gradually got worse.
Do you think i should wait few dyas and see what happens or go back right away

Can the X-ray show decay underneath gold inlay. Some dentists say yes and some say no. I have heard that they have to take the inlay out to see what is going on.
