Dental (Health) - October 2006

What is a temporary way to help a toothache. My wisdom tooth is busting through. I know I need to get it removed, but in the meantime, I need a good cheap way to take the pain away. Is there anything that could help. This has been going on for 3 days.

Tooth crowned after root canal is sensitive and aches. What is wrong?

Had a root canal on an upper molar 2 months ago. 6 weeks ago the permanent crown was put on. About three weeks ago the tooth acquired an ache, and is sensitve every time I bite on it. Still sensitive and still aches, now I am getting light headed and dizzy spells. If I avoid that area it is tolerable. My dentist refered me to another endodontist who examined me and the x-ray but couldn't find anything wrong. What can I do? Anybody have this problem?

What can I do for a tooth that has started hurting in the nerve?

My wisdom teeth have needed to come out for about a month now. But I can't get them taken out yet because my husband is overseas for another 3 wks. We have 2 babies so I have to wait for him to get home. Anyways, yesterday my top middle tooth started hurting like it was going numb. Then this morning it has gone up into my nerve I can feel it going up my upper lip toward my nose. What can I do to ease the pain until my husband gets home?

I need to know how to alleviate the symptoms of a wisdom tooth ache? What pain medicines work best for this? What are the best numbing gel products? Any other techniques that work? Thanks for any advice you have!

my wisdom teeth were removed, now my gums are comming up over my back teeth! can any 1 help?

i had my bottom two wisom teeth removed last monday... i havent had any trouble with any pain at all... but i havent been able 2 eat solid food since sunday and itz saturday night! ..... i hav a stupid gum flap comming up over my back teeth, where the stitches are....so i cant bite down.....
i want a sandwich really bad!
does anybody kno why my gumz are actin crazy?
iv been gargalin salt water 2 keep it clean... and i just got done takin antibiotics... can i put peroxide on it or something incase its infected?

the roof of mouth mouth hurts.?

now i'm wondering if it could be a tooth. it's the weekend, of course, and no dentist is available in this town. my teeth don't hurt, but one feels just different. sensitive, maybe. and the roof of my mouth hurts horribly if you touch it, otherwise it's fine. anyone ever experienced anything like this?
