If you don't brush your teeth enough, plaque accumulates on your teeth and eventually hardens, which your dentist will then have to scrape off. Not brushing also invites decay to set in.
Try to brush your teeth at the same times every day. I usually brush before I leave home for work in the mornings, and I brush right before going to bed at night. You should also floss before you brush your teeth.

Yes, definitely, not brushing one's teeth is quite harmful to the teeth. You are keen to get an idea for not forgetting tooth-brushing.. I just fail to understand if one does not forget to have her meals on time, how come we always tend to skip night-time brushing quite frequently. The golden rule to ward off all dental illnesses is to brush twice daily.... once after breakfast in the morning and other after dinner just before retiring to bed. Also must learn the proper technique of brushing from your dentist... that is very important. Just ensure that everybody is using a toothpaste containing fluoride....it is a great weapon to prevent dental illnesses. Small kids say under 4 years should use only a non-fluoridated dental cream.
So, happy brushing twice a day.. with fluoridated dental paste and save your 32 pearls for your entire life......GOOD LUCK!!

The human body is quite resilliant. However, bad habits, if continued for a long period of time will no doubt cause at least temporary harm if not permanent in some cases -especially as the older you get.

Try to brush your teeth at least twice a day. Once right after you get up, and once right before you go to bed. This will not only help preserve your teeth, but it will also lower your chances of having bad breath.

Yes, it does harm your teeth a lot, because your giving cavities a place to settle. Let's just say you don't want that to happen. Make a list of things to do in the morning (like a chart) and include brushing your teeth. Cross off things as you go.

There isn't really a difference actually, my vet told me. The dog tooth paste companies only make them because people think they have to use that on their dogs and nothing else. Just don't use a really strong tooth paste use one thats for little kids with a flavor so your dog wont get mad when you go to brush its teeth. As for the brush it doesn't matter either the only difference is when you buy one for a dog it usually comes with this plastic thing to put on your finger and put paste on and use that instead of a tooth brush because its easier but a regular tooth brush is fine just be gentle and get a soft one. Good luck!

How can you forget to brush? Each night before going to bed brush and leave yourself a note on the mirror so the next morning you will remember. If it is due to timing try getting up at least 5 minutes earlier so you find time to do these things. If not it will cost you in the long run.

I am sure you know that not brushing teeth is harmful- indeed very hamful.
The problem is that u forget to brush.
Buy a beautiful tooth brush and a decorative type of jar. Keep your paste & brush in that and the jar MUST be placed near your wash basin. As you come to use the basin in the morning, your brush will attract you and REMIND you that u hv to use it.
Best of luck.

its not going to harm your teeth if you forget once in while. but how can you forget? dont you feel that scum in your mouth when you wake up? i guess a way to remember is to keep your tooth brush next to the sink with the paste in plane sight. keep a note on the mirror if you want. you can defently remember by looking in the mirror and imagining yourself as a person with ugly decaying teeth. OR NONE AT ALL!!!!

You have to brush your teeth atleast 3 times a day or else your teeth will be sooo stinky and smelly ,no one will even want to come near you.
To remember to brush your teeth you might want to make a home schedule that says brush your teeth and hang it on your room door.So when ever you open your door or close your door you will see the note that says BRUSH YOUR TEETH.

No i mean if you forget like once it's no big deal. But if you don't want to forget I would say maybe put a big note on your bathroom mirror saying BRUSH TEETH! But I mean if you missed it one time it's really nothing to worry about!
