It is the top right by the tooth in the very back, and it is red, sore, and a bit ridden up. What should I do about it as far as taking care of it? I know how when something is healing it will itch, and it does... I can even find relief when itching my outer cheek. I am a bit ashamed so i don't want to see my dentist, so everything from professionals and people with experience will be appreciated. Thank you!

One of my molars had a filling which was already going very deep into the tooth and almost touched the nerves. That fell out. The dentist put a crown on it. Something went wrong with the first attempt and a piece of the crown borke off. The dentist removed that crown and I got a new one.
However - I have two problems with that tooth which may be two separate problems and I would like to understand whether I have to go back to the dentist or whether it could heal by itself; 1. The tooth or around the area sometimes reacts to hot liquids. Not always and only to hot. It is a pulsating pain which stays for a minute. 2. The other isue is that the crown feels "uncomofortable", I can't say it else. It seems every 5 days somethign gets inflamed and I floss and use listerine and it goes away. And then it starts again. Is that a normal adjustment to a slightly new shape and geometry of the crown than the original tooth had?
Do I need root canal and a 3rd new crown? Or can this heal itself?

I have a sore on the bottom jaw, right in front of my mouth on my gum. It hurts really bad, and it looks like the skin made a hole. How can I get rid of this sore? How do you get them in the first place?

I plan on having this fixed, but i'm really in no financial situation. IT doesnt hurt a lot, just uncomfortable eating some harder foods. My old dentist screwed me bigtime, and did some real crappy work. If any of you have had this happen, what did you do, and how long can you go until I'm risking some kind of infection of some sort?

Thanks!

Some people have really bad oral hygiene, but problems like cavities or gingivitis doesn't affect them. Why?

Im having my top widom teeth removed as there is no room and theyre wonky and stick into my cheek sometimes.

I have refused to have my bottom impacted tooth removed as there is a 1 per cent chance that surgery could hit the nerve and be left with perm numbness. I dont want to take this risk and having it out is a last resort.

My 4th wisdom tooth on my bottom jaw is missing. Im 32.

Anybody know of anybody who has had their bottom wisdoms out and had problems? They only do it as a last resort in the UK generally because of hte risk.

Wow. I started getting nasty brown stains all over my teeth a few weeks after I started using the Crest Pro-Health Rinse. I've never had a problem with staining before. My dentist told me that it was the Crest rinse and told me to quit using it.

Since then, I've done a lot of internet research, and I've found that this is a common problem. Check out the reviews for this product on Amazon. Yikes!

Also, I visited several dental professional sites and found similar information. I have complained to both Crest (crest.com) and the Food and Drug Administration (www.fda.gov).

Has anybody else experienced staining problems from the Crest rinse? Thanks.

I'd like one with a timer on it but it's taking more than a month or two to get it shipped and delivered on Amazon(43 bucks). Is it worth it to get it or what? Where else can I find one?

I never lost a molar, and my oldest has not, but little brother-six years old-lost a molar today in school. Should I be concerned? His teeth are not rotten or anything-they are taken care of very well. We are not due for dentist appts. for three more months...
