No. I used to swallow the little bastards myself all the time while trying to put them in...they would hit the back of my throat and trigger my gag reflex...no biggie

first of all, i became advised i could have braces for 18 months and ended up having them for 4 years. Be careful, don't get your hopes up. The rubber bands help to pass your tooth into the right alignment appropriate-to-backside, no longer purely those adjoining. confident, take it off in the process food. till you like ingesting rubber.

no unless you make a habit of it. But just one or two is fine. Sorry to hear that you have to wear the rubber bands...They're a real pain.
