No... stick with water or clean your teeth afterwards.

Remember, it's not just the sugars in sodas and juice drinks that are bad for you teeth. It's also the sugars from fruits.

We've been taught for so long that candy is the root of all evil for teeth... that they forgot to tell us that healthy foods cause cavities too !!!

I really don't think that lemonade has anything to do with healthy teeth and gums. The vitamin C that it contains may help, but I wouldn't think that a drink that's traditionally sugar laden would be too good for your teeth and gums. The best thing that you can do for healthy teeth and gums is to eat a well balanced diet, brush and floss regularly, and see your dentist for cleanings twice a year.

Lemonade can be harmful because it contains sugars and acids. But anything is safe in moderation. It is better for your teeth to down 2 glasses in 15 minutes, rather than sip one one cup all day long. It is prolonged exposure to sugar and acid that contributes to decay.

Having good oral hygiene helps too.

NO WAY! The acid in the lemons will eat up your enamel on your teeth and they will become very sensitive later in your life.

Only if it is sugar free! If it's got sugar in it, then you aren't doing your teeth any favours at all.
