i also have sore throat with catarrh and head ache which is not permitting me to read and assimilate well ,,, what can i do

That is usually a sign of some sort of dental injury. We ask after accidents, "Do your teeth seem to fit together?" If they answer no, we begin to look for jaw dislocations or fractures. A dentist should be able to help you. Finally TMJ the tempular mandibular Joint where your jaw meets your face up near your ears may be experiencing problems and also cause headaches and may be maligned as well.

Get those teeth extracted if they're getting in the way,the constant irritation could be causing the glands in you thrat to swell,and the other glands as well causing your sinuses to act up causing eye ans headache pain.See a doctor and dentist(dentist first).

Sounds like you need braces. If your teeth are really bad, you can get them through the state so they are free. Just check you local ortho and state services for things that are offered to ones with your problem
