Could be a number of things. See your dentist a.s.a.p. Until then, get a good medicated mouthwash.

Hi there,
The two lumps could be either additional teeth as i'm not sure how old you are, or more than likely the lumps are an absess or cyst which need to be checked out by your dentist as soon as possible. I have had a personal experience with the same thing and the dentist just gave me some antibiotics and told me to come back within the week once the lumps had gone in order to have further treatment.

Not knowing your age, I can only guess you are in mid teens or a little later. That's usually when wisdom teeth start to be a problem. If you have lumps under your gums near the front or anywhere under your gums, you may have an abscess(infection). Wisdom teeth are at the very back of uppers and lowers and don't come in, in the front. You need to see a dentist as quickly as possible.

it sounds like an absessed gum, where infection builds up and causes pain in and under the teeth, get some oragel or ambesol, until u can see a dentist. if u cant see a dentist anytime soon, then go to the emergency room and theyll prescribe some infection and pain medicine for u. the infection pills will help alot. i know how bad a tooth ache can be.

You have an abscess on that tooth. You need to see the emergency dentist and he wlll give you some antibiotics. Ring NHS Direct on 0845 46 47 they will give you the details you need for your area. If you leave this tooth there is the risk of swelling and becoming painful From Dental Nurse

abcess! You can do warm salt water rinses until you get in to see the dentist, call first thing in the morning and tell them you need a same day appointment for an infection. Otherwise they'll make you wait 2 months to get in... :)
My dentist had me take ibeprophen (spelling) for the pain and swelling until he could see me, that did help some. Whatever anti-inflammatory you like will help you.

Best to visit a dentist and get it checked out to be on the safe side. Could just be a minor problem but it could also be something more serious.
