My wisdom teeth are growing in crooked. I've been having pain for a few days on one side. Where would be the best kind of place to go? A couple months ago I had a chipped tooth fixed and that only cost two hundred and something.

It depends on whether or not the tooth is impacted, or connected to a sinus cavity.
If all is well then it could be anywhere from 75 to 150.
If the tooth is impacted or connected to a sinus, then you will have to go to a surgeon to have it pulled because of the risks involved.
That of course will be more expensive depending on what needs to be done and what it involves.
Make sure that whatever you do you take your xrays with you. That way, they will already be done and you won't get charged again for it.
Most dental offices require that you give them some days notice of xray pick up so you may want to call and find out what the policy is on that.
If you're like me, you don't need any last minute foul ups to put a dent in your time schedule.
If you already have your xrays and you know whether or not it requires just a simple extraction or not, you can always call around and get a price.
Meanwhile, make sure that wisdom tooth and/or your gum does not get infected. Dentists won't touch your mouth as long as you have an infection. It will delay the whole process.

It would be worth having it checked out at a dentist. some cases may require it to be removed by a Oral surgeon (maxillofacial surgeon. At your local hospital.

My mother had wisdom teeth, the bill was S$400. OMG!!!

If there is a dental school by you then I would call them and that would be your cheapest if not it can go from $500.00 to $1000.00 for them to be pulled.
