Foul Language can be swear words that can be rude,insulting or vulgar .Halitosis is bad breath which can be present when one breathe out . there is no connection .

No, but it sure isn't veryrespectable. You will give others a bad impression. Like I keep telling my own kid. It is very easy to destroy your reputation, but it is VERY HARD to gain a good one back. People won't believe in you.
