It actually isn't safe, read the ingredients on the toothpaste, you'll see it has some chemicals in it that are inedible, and can only be used to clean the teeth. Its logical because your supposed to spit out the toothpaste. And secondly the mouthwash is the most dangerous, depending on the brand you use, it may contain alcohol! Please wake early and get something decent or edible! By the way, if you continue to do this, it can cause liver inflammation.. :) hope I've helped!!
