I have problems trusting my therapists, I always think that if I talk to a therapist I'm just seeking attention, and that I'm making things up to the therapist. I know I'm not, but I feel like I am.
I know my parents told me that the school counsellor told them I was just an attention seeker after I tried to kill myself at 14, and they told me that the therapists all said that I was an attention seeker at the hospital when I was being discharged, even though I had bruises on my arms and legs of my parent's doing.
But when I say that, I feel like I'm lying, because they say that that never happened, even though I saw it and all the nurses saw them and even asked where I'd got them.
I have severe trust issues with therapists. I also keep on thinking I'm making things up. What can I do about this?

I am 41. I am 215 pounds (95 kgs) and a vegetarian. I have recently (3 weeks) reduced my diet, moving more towards fruits. I play tennis for an hour twice a week. I do some Yoga in the mornings. My eyes are heavy and I can hardly concentrate. I am sleeping almost 10 hours during the night.

I have been to the doctor. The doctor has taken my blood to check Vitamin B-complex and iron.

There have been no remedies. What should I do?

Every few days I take the ready to go Muscle Milk Formula Protein Drinks. However I was reading somewhere that muscle milk has too much fat in their protein drinks. Is this true? Whats the reccomended amount of fat for a Protein Shake? (I have a small frame, however I don't want to gain fat). I've included the nutritional information for the Shake. I usually buy the 500 mL. (The nutritional information for the 500 mL is on the right side of the diagram). Could someone please check out the information from the link and let me know please?

Thank you!

I have been with my bf for about a year and a half. i went and got a pap smear and the doctor told me i might have hpv. she did more test and it turns out i have a high risk type and i going to have that one procedure done(i forgot the name sorry). and im just so scared, ive never had health issues before and I cant beleive this happened to me. i used to say that only sluts got stds but now i feel so devestated. has anyone else gone through this? and i just cant help but be mad at my bf. i love him with all my heart but i just think its his fault although i may be wrong. i did everything right, i used birth control and i have only had sex with him. I am right to be mad at him? he feels really bad but im just really scared, any advice? thank you sooo much!!

Would it be ok to work out the same muscle grouptwo days in a row (24 hour rest in between) if you only work out moderately ? I usually go to stay tone and I don't stress my muscles out too much. Just curious what you guys thinks?

Ok here's my situation. My doctor put me on paxil-10mgs for depression. I soon noticed side effects so he switched me to lexapro-20mgs, which I felt was too strong so a week ago I dropped it to 10mgs. Now I decided to cut it down to 5mg a day for a week or so and quit altogether. I've been on meds only a total of 2 months. You think this is a good way to go. I know I'll have some withdrawals but hopefully nothing too bad. Also, while I was on anti-depressants I was going to the bar with my buddies on the weekends and drinking (I know you're not supposed to) I was getting really trashed really quick and having blackouts. I can usually handle my booze pretty well. Anybody had similar experiences. The lexapro also seemed to make a Sunday hangover even worse. Thanks.

Is it wrong to smoke at night (two hits tops) to aid in better sleeping? I've had OCD (professionally diagnosed) for five years. All of the medicines that I've been prescribed over the years have had various awful side effects, such as nausea-stomach cramps, muscle weakness, tiredness during the day, headache...et al.
I have a son, who is asleep for quite some time before I do this, I don't do it in the house, and it's ONLY two hits at night before bed. It works well, and doesn't leve me a mess the next day, but I'm wondering if it's, I guess morally wrong because it's not legal for medicinal purposes here in (state?)

Dates are rated with a GI of 103 while glucose (the reference) is rated as 100.

My guess so far are that the dates may be high in fructose content and that might have a faster induction rate into the blood. (I remember hearing that high fructose corn syrup or 'glucose/fructose syrup as it seems to be called in the uk' has an incredibly rapid affect on blood sugar.)

I am mainly interested because I am about to make a date wine using them as the main ingredient.

I'm really having an extremely rough time with life right now. I'm struggling in two of my classes, and I am in danger of not passing one of them, despite studying till my head hurts for every test...I'm also working 15 hours a week, and my hours are right at dinnertime and last till about 10 or 11 pm each night, so I haven't found time to eat as often, making me physically exahusted....I'm feeling pretty lonely as I haven't made any friends in college, and to top it all off, my dad recently told me that he has cancer.

I just feel like I'm losing control over my life. Completely stressed out. I don't really know where to go from here. It almost seems like all the hard work I put into schoolwork and my job isn't worth it, because I'm still overwhelmed and dissatisfied.

What are some ways I can deal with this stress?

Everyone who is alive is at risk for HIV or multiple other desieses, and yet the Red Cross still discriminates against gay men, not allowing them to donate, reguardless of whether they're healthy or not. Isn't this a bit out-dated? Is there a better reason besides gay men might be at a higher risk for HIV?

I put some peach Bed & Body works lotion on my legs this morning to make them less dry. My halloween costume is a tad short, so I wanted them not to be all dead skinnish you know? Okay so we didn't have any other lotion in the house besides Bed & Body Works products... Everytime I use their brand of lotion, {if i put it anywhere besides my hands} I get a slight rash, and an almost unbearable itch!? Is this because I am allergic to their lotion?
If so, why doesnt the rash/itch occur on my hands?
Thanks...
