I am now on day 3 of my period and still all that appears is brown pinkish spotting. I was recently told I had a UTI infection and I was wondering if it was to do with that or something else. I've never missed a period and it felt as if it was going to come with the same moodiness and tearful spells. I'm not sure what to do!

I'm a 42 year old male. Several years ago my vision has become somewhat blurred, actually blind up close, to make matters worse a couple of months ago I've started urinating at least 15 times a day even with controlled fluid intake. Anyone have a clue?

I'm 20 have had my period for 8-10 years now and my period has always been long and heavy but right now its ridiculous. my period started 2 weeks ago was extremely heavy last week end (over 3 oz in 3 hours in the evening) then lightened up this week then got really heavy again tonight (2 oz in under a 1/2 hour) (I know the oz because i use a mestrual cup now instead of tampons)

but before i would sometimes go through super plus tampons in under 15 minutes for a few hours its really iritateing

i havent had a docters visit in 2-3 years and do not have my medical recors i'm thinking about going to the doctors but don't know what type of info they would want me to have or what info would be good for me to have so i can get a clear diagnosis

Hey everyone, I'm 15 years old, my problem is almost every day i get **** from my friends and just random people about these couple of hairs i got on my chin and jaw line, and cheeks. Everyone keeps telling me to shave it off, but i really don't want to...my dad told me once i shaved i would have to shave like every day because it grows thicker?? I dont know, I don't remember the last time a girl hasn't come up to me and been like "you should shave that..!!!" it used to be kinda funny but now it's just getting annoying, plus my friend keeps telling me i have pubes on my face..

it really doesn't look that bad, complements my hair....sounds kinda lame but i feel more "mannish" with this beard, since i was a kid i always wanted one..lol...

so what do i do? shave it or just ignore everyone at school?

I have been having horrible heartburn and acid reflux since I've been taking birth control. It is making me feel so sick and nauseated to the point I took a pregnancy test this morning to be sure it wasn't morning sickness. The test turned out negative.

I believe the heartburn is also making it difficult for me to breathe sometimes. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Also, is this common with all birth control? If it is, I just can't take this stuff anymore. I am currently taking Loestrin, but after I finish this pack, the doctor is going to start me on Ortho Tricyclin (sp?). I had called to let her know I've been having breathing problems after taking it (I had asthma as a child and thought it was aggravating it). She wants me to try this one for a month to see if my breathing improves, but if it's the heartburn, I don't know what I'll do.

For many years, I went to occoptional therapy and it does work. The problem is that after a short peroid, a fall, trip, or just turn would make me worse than before p.t., I just gave up a few years ago and will not do any more. Now, they suggest water therapy. However, transportation is a major problem. Many times the handicapped bus would show up so late that I couldn't make the appointment. Do doctors understand that sometimes therapies are not an option any more?

Hey, My dad lost his job at kodak last september, and this has been followed up by several deaths of people that were very close to him. This has caused him great depression, and he gets panic attacks. he has introverted, and is on disability. He has decided that hell be making more money from social security/disability then he would be if he went looking for anothr job, as his kodak skills are not transferrable. This is a double edged sword, as having a job would take his mind off things, make his feel needed, and keep him busy. Instead he sits at home. I know that if he finds a hobby, or decides to get another job, or even just starts to work out, it will be much better then the meds the Dr.s are prescribing...which he says arent helping his panic attacks anyway...After all that my question is this...how can a man 5'11" and about 210 pounds(not bad looking, just beer belly), lose weight and just feel better about himself. Hes never really worked out, so how do i excite him aboutit

Last year, I had two sizeable and painful ovarian cysts. While being examined for the first one, I discovered that I only had one ovary and one fallopian tube. The pain from the first persisted for nearly a month. Almost immediately after the pain had finally ceased, the second cyst formed. The pain from that lasted over a month as well. The OBGYN wrote me a prescription for Percocet and told me to call her if the pain got worse (not, if the pain persisted, only if it got worse).

It's been 9 months since my last cyst. I'm now starting to get that painful feeling again and urinating slightly more than normal. Those are the only symptoms.

What's interesting is right before I had my first cyst, I had just started taking Seasonale. I've been unhappy with the effects it's had on my body (moodiness, extended bleeding during the periods to the point that I had to take iron supplements). I"m wondering if the Seasonale indirectly causes the cysts?
