I was meant to start my period on thursday 1/11. It appeared as if it was going to start with brown spotting.?

I am now on day 3 of my period and still all that appears is brown pinkish spotting. I was recently told I had a UTI infection and I was wondering if it was to do with that or something else. I've never missed a period and it felt as if it was going to come with the same moodiness and tearful spells. I'm not sure what to do!

The antibiotic for the UTI could be affecting your period (had something like this happen to me one time). I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
