Ok, so my boyfriend and I were fooling around a little bit this afternoon and our "areas" were rubbing against each other. My underwear were a little damp and he said he had a very small area on his boxers that was a little wet. I'm on the pill, but I'm just curious if anything could happen as far as pregnancy? I've been on the pill since July. He never came inside of me, so I was wondering what the chances were that anything bad could happen...? thanks!

I am a sexualy active male that doesn't condon masterbation cause it goes against my principles. The actually act is fine, just what it takes to get there, is what horrifies me. I want to know how other teens deal with the issue of their sexuality, and how others are able to abstine.

I have recently been informed from my mother that a relative of mine has been diagnosed with cancer. We've been told that this person didn't want to tell anyone and doesn't want to be treated differently. How can you support this person during this time and acknowledge the fact that you know without treating them differently. My heart goes out to this person and I'd like to do something but don't want to make them feel bad. Please tell me what I can do?

My brother has been really depressed for the past 5 or so years. But lately he has been having mood swings, highs and lows. There are times when he's really elated and happy and then there are times when he's just angry at everything he sees and he starts throwing things around the house. There are even times when out of nowhere he will just look at me crazy as if he doesn't know me and rush towards me like he is about to attack me. During this moment, he'll threaten me with things like " I want to kill you, or I will seriously hurt you." This just arises from nowhere. I'm frightned to even live in the same household because he tells me that he's going to buy a gun soon. Yesterday, he said he found the courage to end his life and this really saddens me. I can't talk to him, because he doesn't recognize me as his sister anymore. He's really mentally sick and I'm scared. He has a history of drug abuse and Im not sure if he's using again. Please Help...

"Back in the Day", (1950's & 60's), when I was in school, we would have been appalled if some kid had said they were allergic to peanut butter. One of my brothers had asthma, and he was the only one I ever knew in 12 years of school. Out of a student body of about 500, we had one girl who had diabetes, and her parents both had it. So, my question is: why are so many allergies, autism, diabetes, so common in today's grade school kids?
Obesity is said to be one cause of the diabetes increase, and I understand that TV, Video games, and computers are big contributors to the obesity plague, but what's up with the rise in all these other problems ?
Measles, Mumps, and Mono', we're pretty much a given back then, all kids had them, and sometimes a lot of us had them at once, but I think we were much healthier in general than today's kids are, So,..What's up ?

I've taken it before and it really helped me a lot. I didn't take it to lose weight, I took it for mood enhancement and anti depression. It worked great, and I felt really calm and relaxed. Although, I've stopped taking it for a long time now and I miss it a lot. I believe I have Manic Depression. Without Relacore, I feel really unhappy, sad and depressed 24/7. I've felt this way for many years. Only every once in a blue moon I'll feel happy on my own a little and laugh a bit, but it only lasts very shortly. At most, I'd say about 30 minutes to an hour, and then right back into the next 5 months of Depression. Should I make Relacore into a main med I take daily? I'm planning on doing so. Or should I go get diagnosed by a Doctor and take prescribed drugs for Depression? I hear they have very bad side effects. Relacore seems much safer to me.

What should I do? Relacore, or Prescribed Drugs?

Thanks,
Amos

After 2 days of neuropsychological testing my husband was diagnosed with a Schizoid Personality Disorder/SPD We have seen some counselors that "poo-poo" the diagnosis claiming that people should not be labeled I think they aren't really familiar with this diagnosis and that doesn't help AT ALL! We've been married for 24 years and I always felt that something was missing so far as his reactions to life situations he has always minimalized anythIng that happened whether big or small I thought he was just passive and before this he was dx'd with ADD/ anxiety The problem is that there is never any resolution to anything At times he believes the dx and sometimes he doesn't He sees a psychiatrist who thinks he may be Bipolar but doesn't remember to take his meds and so forgetful its like I'm talking to a different person at times. He says he loves me and wants to stay and finally called the therapist he was referred to His symptoms of SPD are getting worse. I have MS and I cant deal this!!!
