Ive been constantly anxious for the past 3 weeks over something completely irrational and now i cant have fun doing nothing. thoughts?

When I was 7 my sister (8 years older then I) brought me into her bedroom, where she stripped herself neked, and liad on her bed.She told me to lay down on top of her;then she promptly took my own hand in hers, and made me rub here down...

The she made me suck on her nipples, while she started to groan...

Ugh..this is all so upsetting, but this is abuse ...is it not?
I've been raped repeatively from the time I was 3 by many different people.But..this is my sister.It happened in my own house, with family members within the building!
Is this abuse?
Oh should I just ride it off and "grow up"
Serious answers would be appreciated.
But, because of this, and other things similar, I screwed up my life.

i dropped a cigar on my arm, and it is red and discoloring all around it... looks almost like a bruise....how can i get the discoloring to go down...? and is it infected??

I went into the bathroom after he took a shower and seen the razor on the floor of the shower and it was full of hair we questioned him and he eventually told us and I asked why didn't you try shaving your face first? His response was why would I want to do that (Hoping he was just experimenting,Come to find out he has done it more than once) .

i even went on my friend's scale and it said i lost the same amount ofweight. ive been walking because of school and i eat less and healthier than i have. (not totally healthy) anyway, it shows, but not too much. my dad says some of it is muscle. anyway, what's up with my situation and will i ever completely lose the weight? i have to right?... btw, my pants fit better, so maybe i was borderline the next size or something. also, i have 40 pounds altogether to lose. now i have 23 left.

For the last 10 or so years, I've had a high sed rate. The doctor says that this indicates that your body is fighting something, but until other symptoms emerge, they cannot diagnose. I don't have other symptoms. Anyone else have a high sed rate, & if so, what is your cause?

I often wake up during the middle of the night, but feel that I can not move, or breathe right. I just have to lay there and hope for the best. Does anyone know what this is? Every doctor that I go to finds it funny and doesn't believe me, I guess. But this is scary!

I've had my period for 3 years and it hasnt been regular.
My periods last for 8-10 days.
Last month I got my period on october 1st. I got it again November 3rd. Which leads me to believe they might be getting regular. But I have to wait until next month to find out.
Well it seems like my period is slowing down. It hasnt stopped but it just seems like its starting to stop. It's only been like 3 days. I wont know if its stopped until it stopped though.
but my question is,
Is it normal for a girls period to get shorter if it's becoming regular?

Ok so as you know us "women" get our T.O.M.
Well I first started to get mine just in the middle of June. Then the next time I got it, it was more towards the end of July. Then I missed August completely and then when Septemeber came I got it when I was suppose to (in the middle) and that is when my friend got her first one.
So now that was septemeber and then in October I havn't got mine at all through the whole month and my friend has.
NOW, my mom told me that when gurls first get their T.O.M it is really irregular. And as you know usually when you do miss your period you are prenant. Now my friend keeps saying "Wtf are you doing, you pregnant?!" and like its really bad for u to not have it now cuz ur pregnant and crap. ITs like, HELLO i havn't been having sex! Im only 13 here!
So like do you really think im normal? lol
And how can i get my friend to shut her god damn mouth! She's really starting to piss me off!

Any Advice will help me out lots! ♥

I'm 22 years old and my whole life I've been the one in my family who has always had the worst temper. I don't know why. I pick fights. I start disputes on the most trivial things. I never mean to hurt anyone. I just give in to the anger and frustration. Even as a small child I'd shout and throw tantrums. I never resort to phyisical violence. I'm violent with my words and hurt the people that care about me most. Then I usually come to my senses and force myself ( even though it's hard to do ) to go and appologise. My sister said to me, "I'm used to the way you behave. It's been this way for 22 years. You don't mean it. It's the way you deal with things."
I hate the way I behave. At times I feel like I have a good reason to be upset and I justify my rage. Most times I'm filled with regret. Any insight as to why I might behave the way that I do would be useful and much appreciated.

A ton of leaves and dry grass started on fire in my yard today. It was so bad that we had to call the fire department. I inhaled one full breath of white smoke. There were no ambulances here and it was just a brush fire. Should I be checked for smoke inhalation? I am coughing and my chest hurts, but I know I've not had a lot to drink today and my chest could hurt from the running and being terrified. Do you think a hospital visit is necessary knowing that the smoke probably wasn't toxic and I only had one breath of it before I got away?

I'm a hypochondriac, hence the question :)

Because of the amounts of no-shows that we have dealt with over the past year, we have decided to require that patients put down a non-refundable deposit for their dental work. Usually it is for appointments that last over an hour. This is because by the time we realize a patient isn't going to show for their appointment, usually by 15 minutes after the appointment time, it is too late to give the appointment to someone else. Even if we don't have a patient in that appointment spot, the dentist still has to pay the utilities and the staff. Making patients pay a deposit of 1/3 of the cost of the appointment, usually ensures that they won't "no-show" for their appointment, as they don't want to forfit that non-refundable deposit, and will make certain they show up for their appointment. Of course, if an unavoidable emergency happened, we would take that into consideration.
Some patients are getting angry over this, and refuse to pay a deposit. Would you be understanding of this?

I have OCD. I worry alot. But, the other day I got into a cab and looked in the window and there was a dark red spot on te window. I assumed it was blood. I have been extremely nervous since then, what if there was blood on the seats?

When I got back to my apartment. I checked my jacket and jeans for any red blood spots for about an hour and a half. I did not see anything. But I have not touched my jacket or jeans for about 25 hours now, because I heard viruses and bacteria in blood die after a certain amount of time. And just a few mintues ago my arm brushed up against my jacket, I didnt see anything, but i sanitzed my and twice wiht hand sanitizer...I want to know if that sanitation would kill any serious viruses on my skin from touching the jacket and I want to know if its safe to touch my jacket and jeans now...Any suggestions?
