What you gave includes the two major categories, there are dozens in detail. Basically, blood given as transfusions will clot if the wrong types are mixed.
A, B, AB and O are antigens that work against each other. O reacts with nothing and can be given to anyone. AB reacts with everything and can only get AB. Don't have the other complications in memory.
Rh+ and Rh- refer to antigens from Rhesis monkeys. The risks here have to do with mother child especially where a fetus can be positive while the mother is negative and produces a reaction from the first baby that tries to kill a second baby.
