You could try to sleep in different positions, I've slept on my stomach to stop it and it worked. You could also buy those things for your nose, it's like tape that opens up your nostrils to help with stopping snoring.

If you are young, your tonsils are probably causing the noise. Have a tonsillectomy.

If you're an adult, I've found Flonase (rx) nasal spray to be very helpful after taking it for about a week. It's cheap ($1.59 on my plan, $4 at Wal-mart), and it's helped us a lot since both myself and my husband snore.

Take two pillows & sleep on your side. When your head is elevated it helps you breathe better, & usually those who snore are more prone to snoring when sleeping on your back. My former boyfriend would push me on my side when I slept haha. Trust, it works.

Nasal strips one comes with camphor backing like a scratch and sniff and the strips open nasal passages 20% better breatheing you may actually end up feeling well rested..

if your overweight you should lose weight, that can also stop you from snoring. but that only if ur overweight.
