no - you lose weight which is gona be only water weight and muscle and slow down metabolism and then gain more back as soon as start eating normal again.
you can lose fat only when creating just a slight deficit in daily caloric intake.
any diet you cant stick to every day of your life is not a good one.

It works because you're consuming less calories than youwould be on a normal diet. I wouldn't suggest doing it. My suggestion is go back to basics. A healthy breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. Eat tons of fruits and vegetables, lean meat, chicken, fish, low fat cottage cheese and yogurt. Do this for about a month and slowly add things in. I'm not gonna lie, it will be extremely hard in the beginning, but hang in there.

It worked for me (along with exercise) but I got so hungry I was having my one meal a day at about 3 or 4 PM. And that meal was very low fat. A nurse where I worked at the time said that you have to be careful, the stuff has alot of potassium in it and it can be bad for your heart. Just try a regular low-carb diet.

yes because instead of eating food you drink the shake. it provides all the nutrients your body needs, but not the calories which causes you to lose weight.

personally i would not do it unless you do it for one meal a day (not breakfast, do it for lunch or supper if anything), but no more because it will be hard to keep the weight off after its gone.

the best way to lose weight is to exercise, so supplement any diet you do with exercise and stick with both and you'll be successful!

It does but when you go off of it you gain even worse if you don't stick to a very strict diet.
