cigar burn on my wrist. .. possibly infected... ???

i dropped a cigar on my arm, and it is red and discoloring all around it... looks almost like a bruise....how can i get the discoloring to go down...? and is it infected??

that is definitely infected, it needs to be washed well with soap and water, apply neosporin and keep it covered with a bandage and then see a doctor, with MRSA out in the community now, you mustn't take a chance with a wound like that, it should be cultured and treated with oral antibiotics.
