What's the point of saying eww to the poor guy.. he already said it's sort of nasty.. if you don't like nasty things then DON'T READ THEM.. as for the question.. if the cream says that it's external use only on the bottle then you shouldn't put it on there.. cuz it might get in "there"..

Sour cream? You will get some flies and your penis will stink in a few years. Not recommended. If you mean lotion, it's ok as long it is just to humectate but will stay away from heavy oils or anything that is petroleum derived.

What kind of cream? I use a creamy lotion for lube when i want to and that never hurt my penis, but i never got it near the head and hole in the top.

Are you talking about dairy type cream, like you put in your coffee? or a lotion type cream?
Neither will hurt. Your penis is skin and needs care. Lotion helps dry skin.

no dude its ok...
just not on the top or the tip..you know where the urine comes out of...
if it gets in there...then well...drink alot water so you can pee it out...
im not sure of the effects of cream getting in the tip..and why would you want to put cream on your penis?
