I should be about to afford 2 hours of exercise daily, one hour in the morning and one hour before dinner time. =) What can I do and how much of it? Jogging is so boring? Don't really want to do it.

im 30 years old i have borderline personality disorder as well.

i feel tainted and branded in life because of my situation and circumstances...i feel tarnished and labelled, like people are staying away from me.....are being told to not get involved, are being told they cant help me.......
also because of the bpd i feel im stigmatized now.
ive never made friends in life or ever had a relationship....my main connection to the outside world is the ' internet '.
ive made 1 or 2 friends, but most ive met on myspace or yahoo answers reject and abandon me...or seem to lose interest in me.
i feel that is because i have a negative stigma attached to me..or their being told they ' cant' help me or ' cant ' get involved..& there obeying these commands.

im lonely, live alone in a one bedroom apartment & i feel ostracized like everyones staying away.

Ive had this sorta thing off an on but its really getting bad since being with my ex. Im worried he gave something to me. But basically its alot f excess discharge. And a smell that I swear someone sitting next to me could smell.
Milky white in colour. But its really uncomfortable and annoying feeling wet all the time and the smell.
I have since falled pregnant and am 11 weeks.
I got a blood test as you do with pregnancies.. would that have picked up and std if they werent looking for it?
im yet to have first appointment with hospital when from what im aware of they just inspect the... area? lol Im very umcomfortable speaking to my doc about it (its been going on 5 months or so) so will they pick up if there is a problem when i get the full examination with the antenatal care?

Also any ideas what it would be?

I'm a 19 year old and have a pretty hairy stomach and chest and kinda hairy back. The weird thing is that it doesn't fit my face. I have like a kid cute face.

for example, i can get myself from 100lbs to 96 in 7 days by eating 500 - 700 cals a day and doing quite alot of exercise. yet ONE day of eating 2000 - 2500 cals and i gain half of it back. its not fair! why is it so much harder and take so much longer to lose weight than gain weight?

i was assigned to define the different components found on the sanitary napkins which might not be beneficial to the consumers. some components on some pads are:

outer: tissue & plastic, silicon coated paper, silicon coated paper & plastic
inner: cotton & crystal gel, cotton & blue tissue, tissue

i heard that most sanitary napkins use recyclable paper but i'm not sure if these brands use em. can you help me by telling me how are these not beneficial? thanx!!!

But....I have small bumps ALL over my tongue. They have spread to the back of my throat. They are making my teeth hurt and my gums sensetive. Let me stress, I have HUNDREDS upon hundreds of redish/white tiny bums EVERYWHERE in my mouth! It hurts so bad, to the point i can't eat.

I am not trying to self diagnos myself, just curious about what it could be...can't get in to see my doc till monday.

Hi!

I am the first to admit, i'm terrible for being too lazy to exercise.. But I need some help please.

I have quite a sedintry job. I sit at a desk for up to 12 hours a day! Can someone please reccomend me some simple yet effective lower back strengthening exercises? Something that I can just do at home, or even at work at my desk?

so i've been taking birth control, but decided to stop this month because my boyfriend and i are doing the long distance thing and yeah...so i've been on bc before and when i would stop taking it after my last week i would get the normal period and then a few days later it would start again since i wasn't on bc anymore and not getting the hormones anymore...but this time i never got the second period...and today i got a weird thick discharge...should i be worried or is this normal?

I was wondering if medical doctors could measure this force and somehow use it to determine the health condition of the prostrate gland. Does the gland furnish the force behind the semen or does it come from some other source? its very strange i have noticed that if i forget deoderant one of my arm pits will have an aroma while the other has none.the smelly pit has a smell that ranges from a frito lay frito corn chip all the way up to the potent smell of a taco bell hard taco supreme.

This woman in afflicted with schizophrenia and a bit of bipolar disorder as well. Is she regressing when she uses these devices to cope with illness? Other than that,she seems ok. She seems embarrassed, so should she stop doing this even though the meds are not enough to calm her tortured mind?
