I should be about to afford 2 hours of exercise daily, one hour in the morning and one hour before dinner time. =) What can I do and how much of it? Jogging is so boring? Don't really want to do it.

To burn 1,000 calories through exercise daily is going to take more than 2 hours and you will exhaust yourself.

If you go to the site below and scroll down about 6 inches you will see "Calorie Calculator", this is where you can put in how much time you want to exercise and your current information and it will tell you which exercises burn how many calories.

Even if you look at the most strenuous ones it's hard to come up with 1,000 in 2 hours. Play around with the calculator and either plan more time or accept the fact that you will probably not burn the full 1,000.

If you are doing 2 hours exercise daily, and even then you not loosing callories, there is something wrong with your diet. You should control diet. do not take too much spicy or oily food. Take vegitables food daily and also drink water as frequently as possible so that you must urinate fully. This will reduce your body weight and ultimately loose weight, but it is no guarantee that you will loose 1000 callories a day.

Maybe find an elderly person with a dog that needs walking. That could help cut the mundane. You can also do stretching and toning exercises before and after walking jogging.

1000 calories a day is excessive and most likely unattainable.
