I'm diagnosed diabetic for almost nine years and I am a vegetarian for about a year now.

I would like to know who is diabetic and a vegetarian like me.

While I'm not a total vegetarian, (I cheat a little), I am over 90 percent vegetarian. I am aware that we diabetics can get all the nutrition we need without all the excess carbs and fats that we don't need by eating vegetables.

Good for you.

I've been promoting Dr. John McDougall's website for years. He's a disgruntled M.D. who got tired of treating patient's symptoms and discovered the healing qualities of a vegetarian diet. Lose weight while eating all you want is one of his mantras.... mine too. I lost 50 pounds in less than 3 months on vegetables, and felt great doing it. Check him out: http://www.drmcdougall.com

His wife and he have come up with all sorts of interesting recipes. Personally, I prefer a great big salad with the works. I put everything in there, turnips, onions, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, red bell peppers, all in addition to the usual lettuce and tomato ingredients... you name it.

Trying to get people to lose the meat and dairy is difficult. They've been so thoroughly brainwashed that you have to have milk and meat for protein and such, that it makes it hard to convince them. I just tell them that horses are vegetarian and they're all muscular and fast. So is Carl Lewis... one of the fastest humans that ever lived. Rural Asian and South Americans are among the healthiest people on the planet with the lowest incidence of diabetes, obesity, and other diet related problems. Yet, they have the poorest health care facilities... why is that? Their diet and their daily activity level, of course.

I've found some not well advertised benefits to a vegetarian diet. I heal quickly, my blood sugar is easy to manage, my stools are soft and easy, my teeth are cleaner, gums are healthier, skin is softer/smoother, and I could go on and on.

But few people actually listen.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.
