I am supposed to lose sth about 15 kg in 5 months.I am 5'3 and 74 kg.how much airobics is useful?what could be a normal diet for me?

3 days a week.every time at least 45 minutes .a normal diet is everything you like but in a very smal amount , 6 times a day.

start slow and build up to a good 45-60 minute workout, 4 times a week.on the days you do not work out take a 30 -60 minute walk. low fat, low carb diets are easy to ad hear to. Also if you have stuck to this plan religiously through the week have a designated "cheat day" . Do not go overboard, if you want pizza and ice cream, have 1 scoop and one slice.To totally deny the things you like will only cause you to slip and feel guilty about it. too many diets fail because of these slips.

Id say 30 mins a day or 3 times a week for an hour. Good luck no diet ever worked for me.

Cutting back on red meat, bread & pasteurized dairy, especially together. And check out the links below regarding your overall health, and it should help in your efforts...good luck and don't give up!

They say about one hour a day, but it really depends on you and what you feel is comfortable.

A balanced diet?.. I'm really no expert, maybe talk to your GP, ask them?

skipping for 1hr.....and swim daily for 1hr.....have plenty of water....and just.....eat less work more.....
