The only cases I know of are reoccuring infections because the partner has not been treated or the person has been exposed by another asymptomatic partner. So far as I know, it does have a pretty good cure rate with antibiotics. It may be the first time the antibiotics did not work, for some reason. It is also possible that what is causing the symptoms now is Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. That may be a complication due to the original chlamydia infection, as you may have had it for some time before it was caught. For the best answers, though, you will need to pose this one to the doctor. You do need to return to the gyn for an exam, cultures and treatment possibly. I'd ask them to run the entire group of tests for STD's, just to eliminate anything else. As frightened as you are, please don't put it off for fear of what you will hear. The sooner you find your answer and get the right treatment, the better off you will be.

It really is odd that you are still testing positive. However, the second dose of medication should get you out of it. If not, the a third treatment might be advisable. Also, if you are using any "toys" from when you were with your bf, you might want to clean them with alcohol Talk to the doctor when you go back for your recheck, which I advise you to do, because of the no sex and positive results. Get another test done.
Good luck and don't worry to much. That particular std is very hard to get rid of.

once you hear the term no balls, it has a diverse intending to each and each guy or woman. No balls to a pair human beings skill being scared to get harm, or do something bodily brave. To others it skill being an avoider, heading off conflict, or disagreement, or manipulating fairly of confronting. maximum of my hassle in existence has come no longer from surely being an avoider, yet from being a shy guy or woman, and being seen as an avoider. i do no longer think human beings might desire to discover extra guts, via fact no one, such as me, has guts each and all the time, on a daily basis. i'm in ordinary terms a guy with a undesirable social distrust and soreness, and a few human beings see it as concern of disagreement, and as a individual, I care what they think of extra suitable than I fake to care approximately them.
