What you means by you try to go to bed earlier but it does nothing? Are slept through out the night with out waking up in between at all...because if so, and you till having difficulty to get ups in the morning than it is already too much friend.
Like one of the answerer to your question, get your self a loud alarm noise and put it on a place that you have to get out of your bed to turn it off. I believe this will help you.
But in health wise, try to get some advice from a doctor, sometimes if something is disturbing the nerves in your brain that can cause you feel drowsy all the times or even worse make you feel sleepy all the time.

More details would be helpful in this --but if your sleep the night before is unproductive or interrupted by apnea or poor sleep cycle you may be entering your deepest sleep phase in the morning rather than in the middle of the night like most folks. In that case you need to switch up your sleep cycle by addressing the wakefulness. I would try a sleep study if you think this may be the problem. Watch what you eat/drink close to your bedtime- alcohol and rich difficult to digest foods can interrupt your normal sleep cycle. In addition to that your melanin and seratonin levels could be messed. Regular daily exercise, sunlight and in some cases seratonin uptake meds may be necessary to get you back on track. Discuss with your internist or family physician. Maybe you just need a big ol rooster (just kidding) -- I'm an ex farm girl and rise at 5 am ready to roll-----

Your body is trying to tell you something.
With proper sleep, the average person should wake up feeling refreshed. If you don't, see what the answer to these question are;
Do you go to bed by 10? Do you stay in bed for 7-8 hours (note: if you are a teen, you need 9-12 hours of sleep).
Do you drink caffiene during the day? Do you snore? Do you have a room free of dust, clutter and animals? Is something bothering you that you wake up at night? Have you had your thyroid checked (or had a complete physical)?
Getting to bed by 10 helps your body repair itself. Caffiene is the number one problem to lack of sleep. Snoring can not only disturb normal sleep, it can be dangerous. Dust, clutter and animals can disturb sleep. Emotion tensions disturb sleep. Physical problems disturb sleep.

This might sound silly, but I have visene or some type of eye drops on my night stand, so as soon as the annoying alarm goes off, I put a drop in each eye. it actually does help me to get up each morning. Good luck!

set up several alarms, each that you cannot reach to turn off without leaving the bed.
