I really would suggest you see your doctor, or visit an urgent care or emergency room. It sounds the the cold or flu, but the bad headache may indicate something more. If you can not or do not want to go to a doctor then NyQuil or DayQuil work very well. But do not mix to many medications. The side effects can be really unhealthy and most of the time make you feel worse.

Get well soon!

ZICAM (Chewable Tablets) Buy and chew one right away...no eating or drinking for 15 minutes afterwards.

Reduces the Duration and severity of the Common Cold

I think with your sore throat, you're experiencing the onset of a cold.

I get the same symptoms as you.

If it wasn't for the headache I'd say stay hydrated, rest and wait it out.
But the head pain and dizziness are ominous-you should really see a doctor. Pills are not the answer for everything.

Hot milk and honey + 2 aspirins. Go back to bed and sweat it out. Unless it is a flue you should feel better after a few hours.
