I've taken it before and it really helped me a lot. I didn't take it to lose weight, I took it for mood enhancement and anti depression. It worked great, and I felt really calm and relaxed. Although, I've stopped taking it for a long time now and I miss it a lot. I believe I have Manic Depression. Without Relacore, I feel really unhappy, sad and depressed 24/7. I've felt this way for many years. Only every once in a blue moon I'll feel happy on my own a little and laugh a bit, but it only lasts very shortly. At most, I'd say about 30 minutes to an hour, and then right back into the next 5 months of Depression. Should I make Relacore into a main med I take daily? I'm planning on doing so. Or should I go get diagnosed by a Doctor and take prescribed drugs for Depression? I hear they have very bad side effects. Relacore seems much safer to me.

What should I do? Relacore, or Prescribed Drugs?

Thanks,
Amos

My recommendation is to see a doctor to have them diagnose what is going on. If they recommend prescription drugs to you let them know you are concerned about doing them.

We are going to have to have a similar conversation with the doctor my mom sees today (her problem is different) when they make the recommendations for her medical problem.

wow, I feel like an expert int his area. I am currently taking Relacore, for mood. I was diagnosed with having bipolar disorder (Manic Depression) about 10 years ago. From what you've told us so far, it doesn't sound as if you have Manic Depression, but maybe Clinical Depression. Even though the Relacore seems to help you, you should see a doctor. I know doctors are expensive, as I haven't been to one in a few years myself, and anti-depressants are outrageous. There are side effects to anti-depressants, as there are Relacore. If you haven't experienced any side effects with Relacore, congrats!

Honestly, if you feel that Relacore does the job, start taking it again. Or you may want to try St. John's Wart, which helps with mood and depression as well.

Also, studies have shown the people who suffer from depression and Manic Depresion benefit from going to the tanning bed a couple of times a week, for about 10 minutes. It's a form of light therapy :)

Hope this helps!

Go to a doctor. Manic Depression is periods of Mania (extremely good feelings) coupled with Depression (really low periods). Feeling good for 30 mins to an hour and then going back to 5 months of depression doesn't sound like Manic Depression.

Go to your doctor. Tell him about the Relacore (which is an herbal therapy that doesn't do crap for 'belly fat'). Try and get well, no deserves to feel like crap all of the time.

Keep this kind of meal between 400 and six-hundred calories. Serve yourself a smaller sized portion, so if you like coming back again for seconds, you'll just finish up eating a normal-size portion.

Add veggies to baked things. You'll never even taste the particular zucchini in these brownies or even the sweet potato in these cookies.
