Pain with sexual intercourse can be one way that someone knows their endometriosis is back.

One thing I've learned with my endo when it recurs is that I often get a bunch of new symptoms along with old symptoms. This last time I knew my endo was acting up because I had one of my other medical problems get even worse than anything I've noticed as far as symptoms in the past 10 years.

As for what to do, keep track of the pain you have when you have sex by rating it on a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being the worst). Keep an eye on your periods to see what the flows do (because this can be a symptom for some women).

Then please let your doctor know again what is going on to see what else they can suggest that might be of help to you.

endomitriosis i thought was bleeding outside of the womb? i don't know what gonal-f is? Hormone drug? I had back pain during and after sex, it was a prolapsed bladder in which they sugically put a plate in and lifted the bladder, took along time for the diagnosis, but it worked!
