I also feel pains around my knuckles and such places.

Thanks Sandoz. Im 34 Yrs old, i've been feeling the pains for a long while now, but it looks like it gets worse as i grow older. I have not seen my doc yet, i only suspect that it may be arthritis because my parents had it too, my mum before she turned 40. hope this is clear enough?

As it seems to run in your Family then you should know that first step is Physician, blood tests and then referral to Rheumatologist. Depending on what type of Arthritis, well drugs that can slow the deterioration down. You cannot combat Arthritis, first you need to be diagnosed and then treated.

how old are you?
is this a new thing?
have you seen a dr about this and been told it's arthritis??
Is the pain mostly in your joints or is it also muscular?

they have special drinks out now to help with arhritis, I dont know what its called sorry its like juice. there are different kinds of arthritis so you should get it checked out but a doctor. my future bro in law has arthritis so bad hes bent like a t-rex and hes had joint replacement surgery. when you go to your doctors and if he says its that, ask him about a drug called humera(sp?) its worked wonders for my bro in law.
