One minute I am really, really, angry and then the next minute I'm happy but then I get angry again for no reason.

It could be just the natural mood swings teenager's sometimes get when going through puberty, or it may be more serious. What kinds of thoughts and feelings do you have during these mood swings? Do you get severely depressed? It could be depression. Or it also could be that you are starting your period, if you haven't had it yet. I wouldn't be too worried about it, unless it really starts interfering with your day to day life. As long as you are still able to function normally, it's probably just puberty.

If you haven't started your period yet for the very first time the mood swings could be an indicator that the period is soon to come. I would recommend talking to your mom about this as well to find out when she started her period for the first time. Also, I would recommend checking with your doctor whenever you have your next check up.

if you're supposed to get ur period for the fisrt time or have just gotten it,then it probably has alot to do w/ ur sudden mood swings...and that will happen to you for a couple of days once a month for another oh say 40 years of ur life....if this is the case, try excusing ur situation to people w/ out letting them know about 'time-of-the-month' ....keep womanly grace

Your body is gearing up for your cycle to begin. Talk to your mom or your family doctor. If the mood swings are severe, they can help.
