Propranolol (inderal) vs IMAO (nadril)?

I'm on propranolol (inderal) for PTS dissorder & migranes, im taking about 30mg. daily.

On the prospect it says that inderal should never be mixed with any IMAO but it doesnt mention the reason (antidpr.) but i want also to take Nardil (as i was prescpr. for Insomnia)

If propranolol lowers blood pressure and nardil highers it,but i need to take them both.

What is your oppinion ? I need a good answer

OK, sorry if this is a gross sounding post... I have internal hemorrhoids - and I've had them before b/c I have IBS - but right now in my pregnancy they've been REALLY bad! I'm 33 weeks and I think my baby has dropped b/c there's been a lot of pressure down there and the last 4 days I've had a bowel movement 4-8 times a day... with a LOT of bleeding... blood is pouring out when I go to the bathroom...

So my question is - has anyone else had this? Did they have to repair it? I"m a little big anemic right now (I"m taking extra iron) but I guess that could cause some problems with it healing... HELP!

my mother is 62, her menopause started 3 years ago, she decided against hormonal therapy. she experience shortness of breath (need for taking a bigger breath) . her echocardiogram, blood tests and ekg did not show any problems, but those can not exclude heart problems i heard.

should she undergo coronary computer angio to rule out heart problems ? (but i know that level of radiation is huge 50-100 times normal chest x-raying ....

it appears for like most of the day, and then fades...and then it shows again the next day.
it's really ugly..and i dont even exercise much
tried putting a cold towel on it..they fade successfully but come back soon after..
any long lasting remedies????

they seem to hang out below the outer labia a bit and i am really self conscious about them.its really affecting my life!is it meant to look like that...i just dont know! im considering having surgery to reduce them.could anyone tell me who to contact and what are the prices for this?also has anyone else had this done? im too shy to talk to a nurse about it.help!

Before I started exercising I weighed 55 kgs. And after 4 weeks of walking at a steady pace on a treadmill at a speed of 5.0 (for an hour), I gained weight! Now I weigh 59 kgs! I've skipped one or two days of exercising sometimes and I count my calories (eating below 1800 calories). What am I doing wrong?! Please help! Ok, I drank 2 cups of home brewed coffee today. I don't feel sick ( nauseated) but the bottom of my stomach, close to my pelvic bone it aching now. My guess is I drank too much coffee too fast, but a second opinion never hurts. Please don't say, go to the doctor. I know if the pain persists I should see a doctor, but I should atleast give the caffeine time to wear off first. Could the coffee be making that area of my stomach sore? And, if so.... is there a way to deal with it and keep my coffee?

I was injureda while back andhave been taking vicodin, and when i do not take it, i feel really depressed and and lonely, but as soon as I take it again I feel normal like myself, I do not get high from it at all, it like it balances me out, is this normal if not what should i do, i do not have the pain anymore, i just take it to feel as stupid as it sounds like my self

Does "the pill" take an effect automatically when you start taking it..

I know quite a bit about Shingles because my husband had it, my sister had it & now my Mom has it for the 3rd time in her later, adult life.
What I can't seem to get a definate answer on is the prognosis...is it rare to get Shingles more then once? Some Docs say yes & some say the Shingles can reoccur many times.
What do you think?
