How lon does it take to become brain dead from lack of oxygen? I've heard five minutes is this correct?

im17 and im on 4 bipolar medications. lithuim, seroquel, zoloft, and geodon. they just put me on lithuim. she increased it from 300mg to 600mg in 3 days. is it posible that this lithuim can kill me?

My husband is getting out of a 6 month drug rehab program on Friday. I want to know if it is ok to allow him to drink alcohol or not. Alcohol was never a problem foe him, cocaine was his only addiction. I do not drink very often. I will maybe have 1 or 2 drinks every couple of months. I just wanted to know if I should ban all alcohol from our home? I just need some guidance on this one. Serious, helpful answers please.

I'm trying to keep my intake at 1710 calores, because the amount to eat if I want to be 125 lbs.

I'm only 4'11, and I'm 140, so I'm overweight - even my doctor told me to get to 125 lbs.

I base my diet on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and vegetarian protein sources.

I drink water like a fish. Even when I'm super busy, all I can think about is food.

i got the shot because its the only thing that keeps me from getting pregnant but ive been bleeding since about a week after i got the injection. (& of course the shot works...because i havent stopped bleeding to even have sex to possibly get pregnant) lol.... I do research studies for a living and lately I have been having problems with my blood pressure. It's not high, high, but just outside of the range. 140/90 is the upper limits and I have been 143/80, but have also been high just on diastolic. I attribute this to the stress in my life and the fact I really need the money that the study pays! When I get the blood pressure test, I just get tense and nervous.

What can I do to relax and not think about the test?!!

I went to the doctor and he's having me take valium for my Anxienty, plus my soical anxienty. I take one Pill every day. But my mom never agreed with me in first place of why I needed to go. But the doctor did. I didnt lie to him. Just my mom isnt with me whem I'm out.

anyways, she is not letting me take them. She doesnt want me to get addicted, and if I do take one, she like cuts it in half!

ok, i know this sounds weird...but almost everytime my boyfriend and i have sex, afterward, the left side of his penis is all wepped up, and later turns into scabs.....like something inside my vagina (on my right side) is scratching the hell out of him. Not like a knife, but like hair or something. is it possible for hair to grow inside the vagina? or could it be that my pelvic bone is scarring him up?

previous partners say they feel some bone rubbing against them and it hurts. what's wrong with my vagina?

When I exercise, and often when I'm not excersising, my mouth is REALLY dry, like I have cotton balls in it and the feeling gets worse when I excersise. I haven't always had this problem, until about 3 weeks ago when I started doing my aerobic program. Is a really dry mouth a sign of dehydration?

okay. my last periods were:
july 16th
august 22
and september 29th [most recent]

me and my boyfriend had sex on october 18th. & after we noticed MULTIPLE pinsized holes through the wrapper.
were thinking it was a joke some immature kids played at the store or something.

as you can see my cycles are a little longer, which means i should expect around halloween, so i could have been fertile on the 18th of october?

ive had some symptoms as well..:
-my breast are VERYY tender. especially my nipples.
-im extremley tired. i find myself falling asleep in classes, and watching tv, which doesnt happen very often.
-im always thirsty
-ive gained 3 lbs
-ive been having stomach pains.


help?
