Any tea (green, black, white, Mega t) contains some caffeine and a trace amount of anti oxidants. If you are sensitive to caffeine you might feel edgy, jumpy or have trouble sleeping.

Benefits are feeling a little more awake (any caffeine product will do that) and possibly some small benefit from the anti oxidants (a single serving of most fruits and veggies will do the same).

If you are taking it to lose weight, skip the expensive supplement and just follow a sensible 1200 calorie / day diet Drink one or two cups of any tea or coffee daily if you like the taste, don't bother if you don't.
