no you also have to remember portions are just as important. and dinner shouldn't be the biggest meal. It should be breakfast. Thats the way i ate in basic training and i went from 225 lbs. to 172 in 8 wks.

Definitely not, if u notice that even though there are many low fat products in the market, obesity is on the rise. Its a fallacy that u can indulge more when you're eating low fat but thats far from the truth. If u consume any calories more than what your body expands, you'll pile on the weight (fat).

It depends on what you are eating. If you eat low fat, but high carbs, you will gain weight. You need to watch your carb intake and your overall calorie intake.

its all in the calories no matter what you eat.
a high protein diet helps to curve your appetite.
an all vegetable diet always works.
drink water its better for you and it will help the battle of the bulge.

When you eat some things (like celery) it burns more carbs eating them then they have in them. Im not sure what other foods do the same but it is possible yes.

not necessarily...
what should be more important is u eat healthy food, low fat as well as rich fat. u also need to excercise to keep them balanced

If you're not exercising then no. The more calories you burn the more you can consume.
