work it out at a gym, go to fitness ctr, coz maybe a personal trainer might be able to help u, view this site for list of personal trainer & fitness ctr u can go....

I take it you mean ABS. Body crunches, roman chair sit-ups and leg raises have helped my abs.
Chest - Standard bench press and inclined bench presses have served me well. I usually end my chest routine with one set of push-ups. If you don't want to use weights do 3 to 5 sets of push-ups with your feet elevated. Push yourself to failure.
