Hi im 12 and im trying to become healthy and loose weight..Well at my skewl canteen they sell veggie chips..Would these be healthier to buy? Or should i just make my own lunch and recess?

yes. you should make your own salad with lots of veggies including celery & lettuce.
forget about the tuckshop.

Veggie chips???? They must cook them in vegetable oil/fat instead of annimal fat. Veggie/ light/ free range/weight watcher....WHATEVER they want to call them........chips aint good for an healthy diet....but they are tasty
