my mother said it could be due to heat/swet as i live in a hot country. could that be the reason?

Sounds like a rash. It can come from heat and sweat. Best thing to do is to get it checked out. It don't hurt to see if it's contagious or not.

This could be related to a yeast infection but I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think it is.

have had many researches about warts. warts are caused by human papilloma viruse. one of the most important warts is genital warts. you might have got genital warts and a professionalist must see you. how long has it satrted? what color are they? do they have bleeding?
