not 4 but it will take atleast 15 days and u will reduce ur weight quickly. for this u have to follow special diet formula. if u r ready i will give u.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Nigh on impossible, but if you excercise like crazy and only eat protein, no sugars or carbs, plus only drink enough to keep you alive, you might make it. Taking up smoking will also help, or maybe get some amphetamines.

Needless to say this is INCREDIBLY bad for your body, will throw your metabolism into a crash, possibly leave you exhausted (in the medical sense too) and maybe even put you in hospital or the morgue.

Oh, and you'll put it all back on again once you stop, probably more, if you live through it.

On the whole, a bad idea, but if you don't mind risking killing yourself then go for it.

You have to eat every three hours (while awake) for your body to not store fuel. If your body knows it is getting in on a schedule the same every single day, it will not store anything. If you hardly give it food and the times you eat are all over the place, your body will go into starvation mode and store everything it gets. You also have to drink alot of water. Your body is 80% water. If you drink the water just the same as above your body will not store it, which is where weight gain also comes from. A quick way to determine your required water intake is to take your weight divide by two and that answer it the amount of ounces of water your body requires everyday. example: 150 pounds divided by 2 is 75. You would need 75 ounces of water everyday. Also, do not drink carbonated drinks of any sorts. It is all air which makes your belly stick out from all the air trapped in your stomach. You also need to burn more calories than you take in. A calorie counter watch can help you keep records of what you burn during the day. You simply just need to keep track of what you take in. You need to burn 3,500 calories to burn one pound of fat.

No method of weight loss can be permanent in just 4 days. Its stupid to crash diet or anything like that - it just doesnt work and it shocks your digestive system and will make things worse for your overall body weight.

Please be sensible. Keep it simple, regular exercise and a good healthy diet (not starvation) of wholesome foods. Cut out junk and soft drinks - your body doesnt need it....

If you keep this philosphy on general health, you will have a healthy body for the rest of your life.

If anyone suggests anything else, they are being ridiculous.

it is not recomendable that u loose weight in 4 days as it can lead to side effects. but if its an emergency then skimed milk with banana diet for a couple of days will loose u the weight.

its better that u have a balanced diet and couple it with exercise.

Honestly buy a colon cleanser, it will get rid of lbs. you had one for years, in a mather of 3 or 4 days! after that buy a great multi-vitamin and take it daily, when you rid of nutrients quickly like that, you'll be lacking nutrients so, just place them back. cheat... get ddr for your game system ( i got ps2) and stick to like rice or potatoes but keep sugar out of it. carbs will give ya energy and the game will keep your heart rate up so you burn fat. totally works. i did it before prom and before any major event where i want to look slimmer. the ddr max game actually has a calorie counter on it just put in your weight and height? im not exactly sure all the info you put it but it will tell you how many pounds you lose... its greattttttttt and fun to play. lots of music to chose from.

I don't know about in 4 days, but my aunt and sister both drink vinegar when they want to lose a quick pound or two. It must work because they fit into whatever it is that they were drinking it for.
