Okay...Should I shave it or not?

Hey everyone, I'm 15 years old, my problem is almost every day i get **** from my friends and just random people about these couple of hairs i got on my chin and jaw line, and cheeks. Everyone keeps telling me to shave it off, but i really don't want to...my dad told me once i shaved i would have to shave like every day because it grows thicker?? I dont know, I don't remember the last time a girl hasn't come up to me and been like "you should shave that..!!!" it used to be kinda funny but now it's just getting annoying, plus my friend keeps telling me i have pubes on my face..

it really doesn't look that bad, complements my hair....sounds kinda lame but i feel more "mannish" with this beard, since i was a kid i always wanted one..lol...

so what do i do? shave it or just ignore everyone at school?

Welcome to manhood. Shave it. Get used to shaving it. You're going to spend a substantial chunk of your life on this activity. Even if you decide to grow a full beard, you've still got to spend time trimming it.

Think of it this way: if you feel more "mannish" with the beard, follow your dad's advice and encourage it to grow in thicker and faster by shaving it for a while.

Dude, I'd say defo shave it.
I used to get the same thing, and got abuse off my mates too. but I shaved it, & it didnt grow back for about 2 weeks. Then when it did I shaved it again. It didnt appear to get any thicker for about a year.
If you want a beard, wait until the hairs start to grow thicker and it'll look alot better. Otherwise you just have a chinfull of bumfluff.

You are going to get stuff said to you no matter which way you go. Either they will tease you that you have some hair or that you are shaving or at least thats how it was for me. Go ahead and shave but remember that since you don't have a lot of hair its going to be slow to grow back. It'll be a little stubbly though.

well if you have want to shave then ignore people at school and yes your father is right it does come back thicker and normal grows faster

but its really up to you and don't take the crap off your friends there probably just jealous if they have none

Its true the more you shave and the earlier you shave the quicker it will brow but unfortunately for a lot of males shaving is necessity.

I have to do it every damn day and i still hate it but its a part of life. If YOU feel uncomfortable then shave.

You will have to start sometime.

It doesn't grow thicker when you shave. It appears to because you cut off the fine ends.

If you like it go with it. This is who you are and who they are. Don't allow other to influence you because you are not like them. You are not suppose to be like them. You are suppose to you, 3 hairs on you chin and all. You will get a facial hair in due time. If you like the way you look, just go with it.

Best to shave it and wait till you get your full beard.
Everytime I look at photos of myself during adolescence I can't imagine how I could have been blind to the absurd facial hair!!! :)
