Squats!!! Definitely! Stand up and spread your legs apart about 15 inches. Make sure your toes are pointed straight ahead and squat as if you're sitting on a toilet. Stay in that position for 3 seconds and then stand up straight. Repeat this 50 times everyday and soon you'll have a nice rear.
