how can i balance my eating?u know i cannot eat only when my bodu needs i also eat when im not in a good mood.

Try exercising. Exercising releases endorphins which make you happy. You can also try getting a new hobby so that when you aren't in a good mood you do your hobby instead of eat.

Emotional eating is a learned response and must be unlearned. The best way to do this is first to learn to identify what emotions trigger the desire to eat, then to develop alternative responses to the triggers. If you learn that you eat in response to an acute stressor, for example, replace the eating response with a relaxation exercise or a brisk walk or something else that is NOT eating. Trying to just "power through" the emotion and not address it will likely fail. Replacing the bad habit of eating with a better habit will be more successful.

Why don't you try relieving stress my excising. It really helps that's what I've always done. I run for about 30 minutes when I'm stressed out from work or school.

When you are feeling bad eat something nasty, so you don't want to eat anymore.

Or try to cheer yourself up or cool yourself down and viola! no bad feelings, and no more eating abnormally

try yoga.. and if u have to eat have an apple :D
