Would it be ok to work out the same muscle grouptwo days in a row (24 hour rest in between) if you only work out moderately ? I usually go to stay tone and I don't stress my muscles out too much. Just curious what you guys thinks?

if you train with loads less than 60% of your 1RM you can train a muscle daily. training at this level of intensity does not cause microtrauma to skeletal muscle or tax the central nervous system. training a body part on a consecutive day is known as active-recovery and can actually help the muscle to recovery from high intensity training faster, if done properly.
