I'm 8 months pregnant and today at my doc. appt my bp was 140/73...yeah I was super nervous and anxious, which I get a lot when I go to the doc, but it usually is 120/50ish...my doc immediatly took blood...it's weird because a week before it was 112/50...then she had me relax on my left side and took it again...it was 118/50...what's up...she put me on bed rest till next week... Then first they said my urine had protien and sugar then she looked at the results again and said it was normal...uh...okay...I'm so scared! I'm 8 months and scared for my baby! I'm also really young and in shape so I dont know how my bp is so high anyways, although when I'm nervous I have noticed a huge incline but it goes down when the docs look at me...

No swelling,
some headaches...I had throughout pregnancy

Please if I have it, can I keep him in me for another month to ensure a healthy baby...I need advice from people who have had it or know about it...thanks guys! GOD BLESS!

She explained it to me that she will have to do leg extentions each leg as hard and as fast as she can for five reps. Then do leg presses with each leg the same way. Also she will have to do similar exercises with her upper extremities. They said basically said it will take about 30 minutes and she will break a sweat. She just had a miscarriage in late August. Should this be cause for alarm?

What is the best way to buld up, because I want to play football next year and i need to be stronger and weigh more. I am 16 and i weigh 145lbs.

I know places like GNC can help, but i dont know what to get, I have a gym membership, but i want something to help, not steroids, but like whatever it is that GNC sells, haha.

Ok... Well my family doctor is a complete idiot so I'm gonna try and post my few symptoms and if anyone has any idea as to what i have please let me know what i can do about it :

It's been going on for about a week now... So I'm sort of fed up
My tongue is very sensitive to touch and not cold or hot, it's also sore on either sides as well as the tip of it
My throat feels like it's tearing when i swallow food or my own spit

my daughter (20months) ran a fever of 103 the night before with some constant episodes of coughing...i was concerned so i brought her the the doctor yesterday....doc tested her for a couple of viruses all which were negative so she suggested to continue with motrin for fever and a cough suppressant...i was fine with that.....about 9pm last night my daughter grabs her stomach, screams and then starts vomiting....it was clear and GREEN and quite a bit....then again at about 2 am...she has not eaten in 2 days......now i have seen lots of vomiting through out my rotations in nursing school but never green...then a few minutes ago she started grabbing her stomach again and crying but so far nothing has come up......what could this mean? should i be worried?

i know everyone has thier moments in life, when things go wrong, and bad news, how do you cope?

ive always got outside and went site-seeing, riding around, or fishing to clear my mind of the stresses, and when im anxious, i tend to grab a paper clip and twist it into a clunk of maulled metal. maybe not the best, but they've always helped me.

I have like a birth mark on my arm. It's small & pinkish. I've had alot of brown recluse spiders around my house and inside it. I'm afraid I might of been bitten. Does anyone know any signs to be positive if it is or isn't a brown recluse bite? Don't tell me to go to the Doctor, if it gets bigger I will, but for right now I'm just wondering what it is.

2 weeks ago my lower back was in agony I could hardly walk and it felt as though my back was really arched. I felt like I was walking with my stomach out. Can sounds cause someone to have a seizure?

I was at a restaurant the other night and I got that mosquito ringtone. which is really high pitched and people over a certain age aren't supposed to be able to hear it.

Well anyway I was showing it to my sister and my mom walked up and all the sudden she had a seizure...

She is epileptic(however you spell it) and her medication stopped working 2 weeks before i think...
I know that light can cause a seizure but can sound?
